This course is mainly designed to introduce basics of biostatistics and equip the learners to use different statistical methods and probability distributions to treat large amount of data that a biologist used to face. The generation of data, hypothesis testing and statistical analysis are done on the basis of several examples taken from real life biological experiments/clinical trials.
